The Dawson Creek RCMP are investigating an unusual circumstance where a man was seen parachuting off of the Kiskatinaw Bridge.
Two witnesses alerted the Dawson Creek RCMP of a man dressed in all black throwing a parachute into the air and then leaping from the Kiskatinaw Bridge on 23 April, 2023 at approximately 3:15 pm. The man is believed to be engaged in BASE jumping or some form of extreme sport.
A search of the area did not reveal anything of concern, however the Dawson Creek RCMP are seeking any further information about the circumstances surrounding the man on the bridge.
