On May 20, 2023 officers located a dirt bike and would like to return it to the owner. If you own the motorcycle, please contact the Creston RCMP with details to confirm your ownership. Please call the Creston RCMP at 250-428-9313.

On May 21, 2023 police located a speeding vehicle late in the evening. The driver was showing signs of impairment. A roadside screening test was conducted and the driver was found to be impaired by alcohol. The vehicle was impounded and the driver was charged.

On May 23, 2023 Officers were called about a man threatening people at a local business. The man, Michael Pompu, was arrested and held in-custody on a charge of Uttering Threats contrary to the Criminal Code. During his Bail Hearing, Police and Crown Counsel requested Pompu be held but he was released by the courts on conditions.

On May 26, 2023, an officer located a vehicle that was not complying with traffic laws. The officer conducted a traffic stop and noted the driver showed signs of impairment. The officer performed roadside tests and found the driver to impaired by alcohol. The driver was charged and the vehicle was impounded.
