North Cowichan/Duncan RCMP is investigating an assault involving a group of youths and two men.
On April 24, 2022, at around 2:30 a.m., North Cowichan/Duncan RCMP responded to the area of Beverly St, near Chesterfield Ave, after receiving a report of an assault that occurred between a group of youth and two males. As a result of this altercation, one man sustained non-life threatening injuries requiring medical attention while the other man and one youth sustained minor injuries. The individuals involved were not known to each other.
Investigators are requesting the public’s assistance in the ongoing investigation
