Police investigating structure fire in Maple Ridge

Maple Ridge, B.C. – Ridge Meadows RCMP are investigating a structure fire that resulted in the complete loss of a construction site and two single-family homes as well as major damage to a condominium.

On June 9, 2023, at approximately 11:45 p.m., Ridge Meadows RCMP were notified by Maple Ridge Fire Department (MRFD) of a fire at a construction site in the 22500 block of Brown Avenue in Maple Ridge. Due to the intensity of the fire, it spread to a condominium building north of the fire as well as east and west to two single-family homes.

The fire is currently under investigation by the Ridge Meadows RCMP with support from the MRFD, and no further information is available at this time.
