Seeking further witnesses and dash camera

Maple Ridge B.C. – Ridge Meadows RCMP are seeking public assistance to gather information regarding the serious motor vehicle collision that occurred last night.


On Monday, December 6, at approximately 7:50 pm, frontline officers responded to a two-vehicle collision involving a grey Ford Ranger and a red Honda Civic in the area of 224th Street and Lougheed Highway.


Maple Ridge Fire Department extricated a 55-year-old man from the vehicle, who was then transported to hospital by BC Ambulance Services after sustaining serious injuries.
 

Ridge Meadows RCMP contacted the Integrated Collision Analysis Reconstruction Services (ICARS) to attend and assist with the investigation.
 

If you witnessed this collision and have not already spoken to Police, if you have dash camera footage of the collision or the two vehicles leading up to the collision, Police are urging you to contact us at 604-463-6251.
