Congratulations to all who participated in the BC RCMP Headquarters Blood Donor Clinic on May 2, 2024.

Thanks to the 134 employees who attended the Clinic, we collected 106 units of blood which will be delivered to hospital for cancer patients, transplant recipients, collision victims and many more. For these people, a transfusion of blood can be the lifesaving difference.

BC RCMP has held a Blood Donor Clinic at its headquarters building in Surrey since 2013.

For many police officers, giving blood is often in support of our wounded officers or employees who have been injured on the job or not.

Every year, BC RCMP employees at headquarters deliver a successful event and huge number of donations, says Arleen Asi, Event Coordinator for the Fraser Valley. We want to thank the BC RCMP for hosting this Blood Donor Clinic every year.

Friends and family of mine have been the recipients of blood over the years, says Inspector Sharon Toor. It’s a small thing to do that makes such a big impact on the lives of others.

BC RCMP Headquarters is proud to host the annual Blood Donor Clinic every spring and to be part of Canada’s Lifeline.
