April is Auto Crime Enforcement Month and IMPACT is requesting the public’s assistance to locate 43-year-old Marshall Ian Ballard.

Marshall Ian Ballard is wanted by West Shore RCMP and Oak Bay Police Department on [1 endorsed and 3 unendorsed warrants] for the following:

• Theft of motor vehicle x 3
• Possession of property obtained by crime x 3

Marshall Ian Ballard is described as:

• Caucasian male
• 5’10 (178 cm)
• 159 lb (72 kg)
• Brown hair
• Brown eyes
• Tattoo of Skull Bones on left forearm

Marshall Ian Ballard’s current whereabouts are unknown at this time but he is known to commit property crime offences throughout Vancouver Island and Calgary.
