Two men injured in an assault in Newton area

Surrey RCMP is advising the public of an assault where two men were injured.

On September 11, 2024 at approximately 4:30 pm, Surrey RCMP responded to a report of a fight in the 6000-block of 130A Street. Police arrived on scene and located two men who had been stabbed. Both men were taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries. The suspects had fled the area in a vehicle.

This is believed to be targeted incident as the victims were meeting with the suspects to conduct a transaction. Police are looking for three suspects who are described as three black men in their late teens to early twenties.
