Russell Dale McDermid is wanted on one unendorsed warrant for the following:

• Criminal harassment

Russell Dale McDermid is described as:

• Caucasian male
• 5’8 (173 cm)
• 201 lb (91 kg)
• Brown, greying hair
• Blue eyes
• Sleeve tattoo featuring a dragon and cross on his right forearm and sleeve tattoo on right upper arm featuring the words Taylor Morgan
• Tattoo of the word free on his right hand
