Richmond RCMP arrest suspect in alleged stranger assault from July 2, 2024.

On July 5, 2024 Richmond RCMP issued a media release requesting the assistance of the public in identifying a man involved in an alleged stranger assault. The suspect has since been identified and arrested. The suspect was released on a police undertaking with conditions.

Richmond RCMP wants to thank the public and media for their assistance. This investigation remains active and on-going. No further information will be released at this time.
