Human remains located in April 2024 have been identified

The Dawson Creek RCMP can now confirm that the human remains located on the 219 Road in Dawson Creek have been positively identified by the BC Coroners Service as Darylyn Supernant. The remains were discovered on Friday, April 19, 2024.

This identification was made using comparison DNA sample from the parents’ DNA and that from the recovered remains. NOK has been completed with the family.

Darylyn Supernant was last seen on Wednesday, March 15, 2023 and was reported missing to the RCMP on Wednesday, March 22, 2023. The investigation remains active. No further details are available at this time.
