Fatal motor vehicle collision – 18000 block of Highway 10

Surrey RCMP is requesting the public’s assistance in a fatal motor vehicle collision that occurred on May 28th in the Cloverdale area of Surrey.

On May 28th 2017 at approximately 11:40am, Surrey RCMP responded to a report of a single vehicle motor vehicle collision in the 18000 block of Highway #10. The vehicle was travelling westbound on Highway #10 when it went off the road to the right and struck a utility pole.

The driver, a male in his 40's, was transported to local area hospital in critical condition and was deceased upon arrival at the hospital.

The incident is still under investigation. One aspect of this investigation being examined is the possibility of a medical situation being involved.
