Suspicious Incident in Local Park

Police would like to speak to a man that reportedly chased two children through a local park this past weekend.

Just after 2:30 PM on Sunday May 7th, 2017, the Prince George RCMP received a report of a suspicious person in Rainbow Park. Two 10 year old girls reported that they were walking in the park when a man began to follow them. They began to run. The male followed suit until the children ran to a near-by group of people. The incident occurred at approximately 1:45 PM.

Investigators would like to identify and speak to this man. He is described as:

The Prince George RCMP would like to remind the adult public that it is not appropriate to approach school aged children not known to you.
