Stabbing on Spruce Street

Police are continuing to investigate following a stabbing that occurred in Prince George last night.

Just before 7:00 PM on Monday February 20th, 2017, the Prince George RCMP responded to a report of stabbing at a residence on the 2200 block of Spruce Street in Prince George.

Indications are that two 24 year old male roommates were having an argument when one pulled a knife and stabbed the other. The victim attended the hospital for treatment of non-life threatening injuries while the suspect fled the scene before police were called.

This was a targeted incident between two persons known to each other. The investigation is continuing.
